Active thermal underwear is the base layer of a set of army clothing, used in the winter and demi-season period of the year. It is designed for military personnel performing combat missions with an increased level of physical activity.
The main purpose of active thermal underwear is to maintain optimal body temperature and, which is most important, to remove sweat and moisture in order to keep the soldier’s body dry.
