Europower EP4000D generator

The Europower EP4000D generator is a reliable diesel generator powered by a diesel engine from the Japanese company Yanmar. This generator has the following specifications:

• Power – 3.3 kW. It is enough to charge several phones, walkie-talkies, laptop batteries and UAVs simultaneously, as well as, for example, to operate a pump removing water out of trenches.
• Its weight is 70-73 kg. For a generator of this power, its weight is low, thanks to which mobile units, such as aerial reconnaissance, can even carry it with them.
• Fuel consumption is 1.3 liters per hour. With a 3.3-liter tank, this gives approximately 2.5 hours of continuous operation.
• The alternator is brushless, which means that no parts need to be replaced for long-term operation.
• The noise level is average, 80 decibels.

It is important to consider several important points when operating.

Firstly, this generator does not have a protective cover; therefore, in order for it to last longer, it is better to purchase a cover separately or protect it from moisture, for example, with a tarpaulin.

Thirdly, it is better not to use this generator at full capacity too often. Although in fact, it can power quite powerful devices, prolonged use of the generator in this mode will shorten its service life.
