The upper part of the boot is made of leather with ON-MICRO® + polyamide coating. It is a natural material with an innovative finish combining the advantages of natural leather with water-repellent properties. It is wear-resistant and does not require special care. Inserts made of special non-woven material Cordura reduce the weight of the boot (pair weight 1000 g), provide ventilation, and give comfort during active movement. The toe and heels are additionally reinforced to help protect the foot in challenging conditions. The lining of the boot prevents hypothermia. It is made of a membrane material (EPU-REX®), which allows to remove excess moisture from the skin, avoiding the formation of calluses and sweat rash. Thinsulate synthetic insulation retains heat at ambient temperatures as low as -20 C. The combination of different types of eyelets allows for faster lacing, which can be useful both in everyday life and in extreme situations.
The boot sole, durable and flexible at the same time, is made of polyurethane and RUBBERMAC`S® rubber. The specially designed sole tread keeps a good grip on different surfaces and makes it easier to get rid of mud and stuck stones. The sole is attached to the upper part of the boot with waterproof glue.
The insole in these boots is replaceable, it is made of special foam that and therefore able to match the shape of the foot.
